  Gili Launches ‘Season of Love’
Bipasha Basu announces month-long Valentine celebration and unveils new collection
  Mumbai, February 06, 2010: Gili, a leading brand from the Gitanjali Group which has twice been selected as a Superbrand, today launched ‘Season of Love’ a special festive celebration spanning the entire month of February. Bollywood super star Bipasha Basu, brand ambassador for the country’s foremost diamond jewellery brand, did the honours of announcing the launch of this special season and also unveiled a special collection called “Love Knots”. The Gili campaign is part of a special promotional drive being organized by the Gitanjali Group during which special discounts are being offered on all its brands and stores across the country.  In addition the group is offering special gifts and prizes through contests being organised offline and online.
  On this occasion, Business Head, Gili, Rahul Vira said “‘Season of Love’ is an extension of a day’s celebration into a month long carnival. We wish to commemorate the season with this special collection and in addition offer a new shopping experience combined with the promise of alluring gifts and rewards.   The Valentine offer includes 10% discount on jewellery ranging between Rs.7500 to Rs.25000, 15% discount on jewellery costing Rs.25001 to rupees one lakh and purchases made of over rupees one lakh get a discount of 15% and a Morellato couple watch. The offer includes discounts along with goodie bags to all the valentine shoppers. The goodie bags will contain pocket size book on love tips a soft toy and coffee vouchers. This offer is valid on watches, regular diamond and fashion jewellery and not on solitaire, DER, 18 / 22 Kt gold.
  This Valentine’s Day Gili has launched a special ‘Love Knots’ collection – rings and pendants created from intertwining loops and strands of 18K gold studded with diamonds. A Love Knot is a perfect reflection of the process of falling in love -  two separate identities linked together yet distinct… like two persons bonding with each other, like two hearts coming together to become one. The ‘Love Knots’ Collection represents a metaphor for two becoming one.
